Yoga

Flows, holds, and breath-led practice. A quiet timer for a quiet kind of training.

Yoga is the one discipline where the clock should disappear. The moment you keep glancing at a phone, the practice stops working. But every style — from dynamic vinyasa to long-hold yin — still lives on timed structure. Hold this pose for five breaths. Hold that one for three minutes. Flow through the sequence.

BeepBop's yoga presets were built to be heard and felt, not looked at. Gentle haptics on the wrist, soft beeps you can tune to your taste. Close your eyes, settle into the pose, and let the timer do its job.

What BeepBop brings to yoga

Different yoga styles need radically different timing. Vinyasa is fast and flowing. Yin is long and still. Power yoga lives somewhere in between. BeepBop ships with presets tuned for each.

Building a home practice

Morning flow

Ten to fifteen minutes of gentle vinyasa. Sun salutations, a few standing poses, a brief close. BeepBop's morning preset is a silent counter — just enough structure to keep the sequence moving without breaking the mood.

Strength practice

Thirty to forty-five minutes of power yoga or ashtanga. Longer holds in warriors, chair variations, arm balances. The timer cues the left/right switches and the set-length so you can stay eyes-closed when you want.

Restorative evening

Twenty minutes of yin. Three to five poses, two to five minutes each. BeepBop's yin presets count down each hold with a single quiet chime at the end — no mid-hold beeps to interrupt the release.

Every sequence lives as a preset in BeepBop. Set the mat, start the timer, breathe.
